The payment gateway service which Greenage used is Wordline and all the payment details are secured with Worldline and Greenage will not be having the direct access to any of the bank/card etc.. related information. Unsuccessful purchase after the payment
If the item is not received within the given delivery date
For cancelling the product – Customers are requested to check the return policy and refund applicable cases before initiate the cancellation request
For damaged/ defective products, the seller will issue the refund. Greenage will not be responsible if the product cannot be repaired or replaced
Refund can be processed to the customer payment account
No cash refunds
Please allow 10 working days for us to credit the refund amount to customer payment account
Maximum refund request period is 3 working days from the product received date

Return products, Customer need to ship back to Greenage registered address with the original condition with price tags. We will not accept the products for the return which are used or damaged by the customer
Items eligible for return are:
Any product parts or accessories mentioned in the product description are missing
Received different product
If customer requests to cancel the order after shipping, courier charges will be collected from the customer and remaining amount will be refund to the customer account
If the customer will not receive the product within the delivery date, customer can cancel the order and Greenage initiate 100% refund to the customer
Customer should not accept any broken package at the delivery time. Customer should check the package within one hour of delivery time and report to Greenage, if there is any damages found. Greenage will not be responsible for any returns or refunds after this timeline
Greenage will not be providing any assurance on product replacements
